both seems super underwhelming imo

dot damage is almost always negligible with few exceptions

and I don't think arts star absorb and a star bomb are really what hokusai needed

Hokusai doesn't really need much to begin with

sure this buff is nice but it doesn't really do much for her when you use her with meta servents

you could loop her with castoria for farming and in that case you just don't really care about face cards at all

or you could use her with gogh and in that case the star bomb and absorb aren't really needed imo

hokusai has really high star absorb as it is and gogh provides both stars and star absorb

would have liked to have seen an np upgrade, some additional np buffing steroid, a way to get more np refund or even another battery

I think something like that would have been a lot more meaningful on her and would allow her to be more competative with servents like summer musahsi, space ishtar, and both kiaras

the buff almost feels wasted when we could have gotten something that would help her do what she does better

maybe something like a stacking crit buff with her arts cards could have even been cool
