As for each of the Beasts' horn symbolic meaning
Goetia's burning reindeer horns' meaning has yet to be revealed. Theory is they're like a tree because he's burning a time tree from the root
Tiamat's horns that also act like an exoskeleton were said to represent the earth in contrast to her star eyes representing the heavens
Kiara's horns symbolize her as one who is a Fiend/Demon. She who opposes Buddha and enlightenment.
Kama's horns are her halo. The 6 ends of the halo represents the 6 forms of love. They each can emit a beam of light that is one of those loves. "Free love", "pure love", "unjust love", "unbiased love", "inexhaustible love" and "everlasting love"; these six. The halo also contrasts Kiaras devil horns.
