lol raikous buff was shit
crit chance down is actually nice to have
I would have been fine with just a dmg up
not like she needed a super big buff anyway

yet neither lancer or zerker have np buffs
and they both kinda suck
yeah seems strange
although there are a lot of really good 4* st lancers already
they literally have no survivability AND give the enemy a damage up
