max speed fac also means more power gains too
I don't even pay attention to the supposed power requirement for different positions
b/c honestly most of the time they have a +power mod anyway that makes up for it
When do you stop grinding for friend levels in the earlygame?
Really? Even for Pace Chasers?
so my strategy for that is to ignore any facility that isn't speed stam or wits unless it has like 3 umas on it
yeah even for pace chasers
iirc gold ship has +20% power gains
and also stamina is WAY too important for her
you kinda get into a feel for what to click but basically speed > wits > stamina if they all have the same # of umas on them
- 👍 1
and I mean you still want some stamina for pvp even on short runners
I'm a little high here but this sakura will probably outperform a lot b/c she has a little bit of stamina investment
ideally she would have liek 370
but the 430 makes her good for 1400 m races too anyway so it actually might be a little better
but definatly press speed as much as you can
Why so much wit? The youtubers and whatnot say dump that stat
and your deck should probably be something like 4 speed 2 wits for short and 4 speed 2 stam for everything else
just because she doesn't need stam and power
so you can spam wit to regain some energy
and also for more skill points and activation rate
so she gets to activate all of those speed skills I have on her
and that activation chance might be better for shorter races b/c maybe they have less opportunities for them to porc
idk
Oh, so you don't want to rest, you want to do 2 or 3 wit training or recreation for sprinters?
Gotcha
and also also for short races you want to get into good position fast or you are kinda screwed too because you dont have much race to fix it so wits helps there a little too
no you still press rest
you just click wits when speed isn't good to click basically lol
and when you have like ~45 energy and resting has a chance of overcapping if you roll a +70
you can press wits and get back to 50 and not have to risk training
it's kinda just a feel thing
but with an uma like sakura she has +20% speed gains so I actually ran triple wits cards on her
And that much wisdom earns you more wins than if you were at capped speed, right
a lot of people reccomend speed sparks but imo that's not a good idea
Why's that?
Replying to Raccoons #raccoons9986 And that much wisdom earns you more wins than if you were at capped speed, right
mmm honestly capped speed would probably net me more wins but wits also doesn't drain stam so its kind of hard to compare
so remember how I said only press speed?
if you use your sparks for power and stamina you can grab those stats without having to press stam and power training
Oh, the sparks let you raise stats without rasing facilities, gotcha
yes exactly
the key to this game is literally just press speed
then the more advanced knowledge is knowing pvp stam requirments
anyway you asked about rice
gold tier recovery skills are EXTREMLY important for long distance
you want to borrow super creek and get swining maestro on her if you don't have her
6th goal is the 3k kikuka sho right?
Hang on
oh 6th is 3.2k tenno sho
Yes, she has to win that one

so late and end are more stamina efficient than front and pace
OK, I had more success with her as a Late Chaser, plus it fits Blue Rose Closer better
pace is the least samina efficient but it's nice because you dont have to worry about blocking rng and trying to pass other umas and invest in skills to move around so it's kind of a trade off
I actually really don't know what makes her ult proc more
I think if you hit the fans goals you can probably run her pace and she will do that better
but
for long pvp you need as much stam as you can get
so late is probably better unless you can somehow cap both speed and stam
would reccomend getting a late spark so you can alternate her based on what you are running
Probably can't ATM, I haven't even capped SPD in a run yet
it's also important to look at how many other umas are running ahead of you/with you in your strategy
so like if you have like 10 late and 3 pace then pace will probably be more consistant unless you have positioning skills and/or high wit
I'd reccomend trying for 9* speed sparks for rice and then do 4 speed and 2 stamina with a borrowed mlb or 3lb super creek
Having good with might allow you to run different styles? So far I only stick to one after the first year, which I run as a front runner
but 9* stam and mlb creek are hard to find due to follower limitations
Yeah when can we get more followers?
I kinda want to go meta but so many friends are playing this game that I want to have added

wit just increases your umas positioning ability a little so its good for late and end which have to position better
you can buy follow slots but its more about the person you are borrowing from being capped on people following them

other random training notes:
- build bonds junior year but still prio speed and I like to press wits a lot if it has umas on it b/c it means I can grind more bond since early stat gains without orange bond rainbow procs and low facility levels dont matter much
- summer traing starts in early july so try to be stamina capped for that and also keepm race timings in mind b/c a lot of umas have races right before when you think you will have a turn to rest
- 60k fans by Yr3 EarlyFeb, 70k fans by Yr3 EarlyApril and green gauge on director, 120k fans by Yr3 Late December are your fan goals
- extra training is actually good to press b/c it gives you bond with the director which helps you hit that gague goal more reliably
- other than that energy is usually the best option to press for events
- 1st new years (early jan) 2nd option gives 20 energy so try to not be capped for that
- 2nd new years 1st option also gives stamina BUT the 2nd option gives +5 to all stats which is kinda nice to round out the stats you aren't clicking AND there is an RNG event that will very likely give you more energy right after that anyway so I usually take the stats
- charm chakra is probably the best option for the rare accupuncture event b/c the others are really risky and charming is kinda really good with lower failure chance
- 1200/x/800/350/400 is pretty optimized stat spread to aim for with these rough stamina targets based on distance and strategy if you care about pvp
- if you have no good training options you can consider racing for skill points + some stats + fans

if you want to go meta you reroll for 3 copies of kitisan black when she drops lol
- 👍 1
I'll probably be doing that
unless this account gets lucky
I'm saving for Kitasan

TY for these
np, I've been waiting for a chance to unload all of my uma knowledge lmao
also those pvp stam tresholds are relevent for anything outside of career and understanding them helps you just do this every time
