My job, aside from the engineers/management was entirely staffed by Mexicans who spoke literally no English,
It definitely grated on me not being able to speak to most of the workers
I might also be biased because literally all the non-white people I talk to are highly educated university people
I was talking with a mexican guy who is here for a masters in math who was in one of my classes who seemed alright
And the majority of retards I talk to are white

No, but that is apart of the problem
thats a minoirity of houses being bought, its an issue, but not the main issue
main issue is insane zoning laws and mass immigration of people who are willing to pay high prices and live 10 families to a home
its also location dependent
chinese real estate is more of an issue for vancouver than it is in my part of Canada
