People will restart their accounts a LOT of times to get all the best stuff from gacha pulls
Max famously did that for hours for fgo when the international version launched
I think it does not matter long run anyways if the gacha is not complete bullshit
I never restarted feh but I have 82% of units (including 100% of the launch units) anyways
There are some gachas where weirdly I think it makes a little sense
when the quality of playing with good early pulls is so much more than playing with standard ones
no idea which side PSX falls on, but 100 is more than enough either way lol
at most you're usually re-rolling for a favorable outcome in the 20-30% chance range
unless you're REALLYtrying for something absurd
