I'm glad to know even big, billion-dollar game studios fuck up the steam release process
and i was so close to not needing an emulator anymore
it's a really easy mistake to make, I don't even really blame them

there are certain page changes you can make after your game is reviewed, and certain ones you can't
and it's not *super* obvious that a couple of them will require a manual page re-review
Does the re-review take long?
2-3 days
a lot of indie games fall into this same trap
you upload your game build, it passes all the Steam checks and then you're good to publish
you are allowed to keep editing and redesigning the store page in the meantime, and upload updated builds, before you hit 'publish'
but if you accidentally reclassify your game (e.g. changing the steamworks flag), then they have to re-review it
there's some doomposters on the steam forum crashing out over this being Steam trying to censor the game
