Also played the Fate route for the first time, pretty kino
FGO is pretty cool, but I dislike the split between NA and JP
I don't want to play 2 accounts, and being years behind sucks
I thought it was a year behind, but yea its pretty lame. At the same time I think it has its benefits as a f2p
I've considered getting a JP Google play for another game and played with the idea of a jp fgo account, but that's far too much work for a gacha
I tried BlueStacks+TL for another gacha
I found it more annoying than it was worth
Hope more things release globally in the future, more and more seem to which is good
Yea I downloaded an android emulator but no phone game is worth the extra effort of opening my bios
I'd much prefer international releases

there aren't really any new characters or such that I'd be going for
and I have an overflow of all mats so whenever I wanna play again I wouldn't be behind on anything except new stuff

and imo spiral can be fun
ah, makes sense, theres definitely a definitive hard cap on content outside of mat grinding
some of the events are kinda really fun too
so i can understand why genshin has more to offer. Ive had a decent amount of fun with FGO events, tho im sure its just novelty since im new
and they have events where you aren't just fighting things too
exploration is also fun
and people seem to like the story

ive heard a lot of people claim that while pitty and USO's in FGO are pretty shit, the amount of SQ you get for free is pretty generous
I would say genshin has one of the more generous gachas actually
pity rate is only 90 and you are gaurenteed to get the banner 5* the 2nd time you roll a 5* on a limited banner
so you only need 180 rolls to gaurentee what you want
I don't feel like it takes that long to save up also
also a lot of the 4*s you get are still very relevent
I think weapon banner is a scam for whales though
pretty sure feh is more generous though just b/c its pull rate is 5%
Yea and Genshin has less power creep I'd imagine. The gacha generosity is weird as I heard they were stingy. Then again I've heard a lot about genshin only though people who dislike it, and it seems more popular to hate online
hu tao has been out for 2 years and is still one fo the best dps in the game
genshin powercreep doesn't really exist
anyone who thinks genshin is a stingy gacha has no clue what they are talking about
gacha itself is a scummy business practice but compared to other gachas it's pretty tame
honestly my biggest complaints about genshin are inventory related
