d4294967295 = (2946926421) = -1348040875How is it negative
I love that it messed up and gives a negative
What the fuck
Roll to ban banning people
I can only assume its a coding issue
/r d20
@Dolfin:
d20 = (1) = 1did you find the highest possible number it can barely not process
so, it can only handle 2^32-1
which is that number
anything above gives an error
that limit makes sense since most things have base 2
for computers
So is that 2 to the 31st or 2 to the 32nd then minus one from that
so I figured it'd either be 2^32 or 2^64
bedmas jew
you didn’t put parentheses
you don't need them
It didn’t distinguish where the 1 is
exponents before subtraction, what I wrote is implied as 2^32 minus 1
because of bedmas
It doesn’t superscript on discord pika
@heir:
d20 roll to ban pedantic jews = (3) = 3it’s not pedantic
I don’t even know what that means!
ped is foot in latin, i'm sure you can figure out the rest
why am i typing on my phone with the laptop right next to me
anyways I am going back to my lectures
