I really think what it is (you can call this cope Pika) is Josh really doesn't care, he streams out of obligation and to make some money
he puts zero effort into picking topics or preparing, the 5-10 retards in his thread get him his topics, and they're all glorified Nick Fuentes types from Twitter
and he reads through them, totally oblivious to the details, that he's talked about them before, that he often knows details about it that will come to him halfway through, etc.
Josh is not charismatic at all, he's a streamer of the "I'm in an interesting situation" variety
After a while the situation loses all novelty and you're just left with Josh

This is a common thing I've picked up on
that lasts for what, ~a year
a lot of situation streamers lose that interesting angle, exhaust their life stories and stuff
and then just became background noise
It's funny to watch Josh talk about retards, but I realized after a while I'd get much better retard content later on from various YouTube channels I like more
He just doesn't bring anything to the table other than he's who he is
An entertaining person could be running the same topics ad nauseam and you'd still probably find it entertaining
It's the true deciding factor on long term success in these positions

CPAs are mostly a scam as-is, overpaying for a lawyer on-top of that seems pointless
