I do as well. Problem is if we're around wars or the government thinks so they'll tighten these measures up due to unpopularity. Hence the EU with Russian issues and discontented populations

Yeah, all I know is that it is very dicey doing or bringing that sort of stuff up in public spaces. Definitely something to ask people who live there or other expat types. I just know the displaying or getting involved is extroardinarily frowned upon politically there across the board.
