what are all your options
ok so, that's your front panel
find the back panel one, set it as default, plug your headphones into it, and then hit the advanced tab, and hit test
go back one menu, right click on it
set as default
when you hit test
do the green bars light up
and your headphones are plugged into that back green port
correct?

this is not a Realtek issue more than likely
since it seems like that's working
hopefully, though it's weird that it's not working
similar, might as well pick up a converter and see if it works
