generally it goes by jrpg rules, the latest and most difficult area you can access is generally the best place to grind in, though it definitely helps to have a guy for exp boosting

they all work basically the same way with the multiplicative shenanigans between their support skill and the items they hold

you really genuinely won't need this until you're trying to beat the post-game of the second game
and even then I would not recommend you do this because the post-game of hacker's memory really fucking sucks

I really liked the two games in cyber sleuth complete edition but I played them too much in too little time

nume gives 300% exp bonus and can stack that with another 300% from holding three tactician
How am I supposed to get the platinum poopmon when I have to get a gold poop to level 65 to evolve into that...

well that part comes later, you need a bunch of random digimon to fill a farm with and you need to use the builder discs (purchasable from the first area of eden at.... some point in the game) to convert all of them to builder, and then you spam the 1000 yen production option

you also optimally need the farm to be level 5 and you need enough money to purchase five developer know-hows to increase the efficiency of the factory even more

and then if you really thirst for it you make a save a few minutes before the timer finishes on production and then you savescum until you get what you want

technically he doesn't have an abi requirement to evolve to platinum but at the same time he does, you can't get an ultimate to go to level 65 without higher ability
