at 100% you can digiconvert it back at the lab, any percent past a hundred counts towards extra base stats for your new fella

but at any time you can also degenerate your digimon back to prior forms they might have had, you can only degenerate to something that you know of

both of these give abi, but it's better to at least get some levels on your guy before degenerating, since that is a factor in how much abi you get from degeneration
