I've never used one before but is it just better xatu

Sigilyph is a really cheap mon if you can get it setup properly

Psycho shift + flame orb (so that orb you bought won't be wasted now), then you use roost, stored power, and either cosmic power or calm mind

well if stored power then you do cosmic power

that's just kind of a given

It's if you want immediate power or not

Even at max power a lack of spA boosts can be underwhelming

You're walled by darks, so you have to burn stall with psycho shift

I don't think I've ever seen the ai switch outside of u-turn and volt switch

A lot of these gyms just have easy setup fodder as their leads

You can make literally any pokemon good then

x items are just priority setup moves

And potions are priority full heals

this is highly true

well I don't use x items

but I do use healing items

not like I don't want to use x items I just never have used them consistently in the past

It's just a question of if you think it's more fun to make strategies with good mons or to make shit mons that you like viable with x items

I prefer the former
