how exactly does the tera system work

like I get that it swaps your types for another singular type but is it anything more intricate than that

It gives you STAB with the new type while also retaining STAB from your prior type(s)

If you tera into one of your current types it increases your STAB from x1.5 to x2

free adaptability okay

In spite of what people used to think, every type can be useful to tera into

because you can use the new type for defense instead of just the offensive prospects that it offers

like tera normal to be neutral on many things

or uh

steel

for resists

Normal is best offensively for dnite's STAB espeed

I think it might be that I need to install the audio drivers but I have no idea what my firmware for that would be

I've only got a minute rn, but is your problem that your audio jack/port doesn't work, or does just no sound on windows work, even through a speaker or USB headphones or w/e

I'd check the audio devices on windows, see what shows up and what is disabled and/or missing drivers

Also open device manager, see if there are any yellow flags for any detected devices

Forcing a windows update, installing updated Nvidia graphics/HD audio drivers and then restarting

Is also just generally a good way to flush some of these issues

Using the default windows troubleshooting can fix issues a surprising number of times
