86 was ok

Alright, I am all caught up on 86 after having rewatched all of part 2.
First and foremost. I liked part 2 much more than initially upon rewatch. I think my initial inclination to not liking it as much was because, part 1 was a complete and perfect story
legitimately, part 1 could have ended the story at episode 9 hopeful ending or 11 depressing ending and been a complete story.
I am a bit tilted with the most recent episode that lena and shin did not get to talk
I was legitimately looking forward to them reuniting quite a bit since I assumed it would happen this part
I suspect next episode will cover what lena has been doing more and lead up to her saving shin
agreed on the cockblock
which is why I was hoping they'd alter the anime
they also didn't do a good enough job selling her death
I think everything other than the cockblock part of them meeting on the field was amazing though
and undermined the whole airdrop section with all the military politics
