because it has mechs
Replying to kaze #not_kaze some of the pacing in the really old shows is wack
I feel that. Most old and long shows have pacing issues
that seasonal shows do not tend to have
FMAB is the only really long show I have seen that does not have pacing issues
which is part of why it is so good
To be fair, I can list the long shows I have seen on two hands
Pokemon, kirby, sonic x, FMAB, soul eater, uh
that might be it
I am not a big shounen fight anime fan
My interest tends to lean comedy/ fantesy and sometimes drama and scifi/modern
god I hate that I already have 6 shows and 1 movie on my plan to watch for next season
the days of only watching 1-3 things a season are long dead
all of it is bad

Japan picked a great day to start airing the last season of Panzer
yeah we talked about that
I'm still excited
idk why it's getting a S2
but it sure as hell is
of all the "this is never getting a S2 shows" that could have gotten a season 2
I have no idea why this is it
My only guess is that a high school drama is really cheap to make
and they may have just wanted to put out a filler slot this season
cheap to make, the author ran out of money and gave in and let them do it
those are my theories
it's got to be something like that
it's just such a weird pick
especially since we figured out he really has no other works
that he can generate money through
he only does this
they sell decently well
as far as LNs go
I just really assume this series must be cheap af to produce
hence the 3 or so spin-off series

ok Max, they didn't sell that well
vol 1 was a bestseller
then it dropped pretty quickly
ok nevermind
if you combine all the spin-offs together
it's seriously impressive
yeah, no individual volumes after vol 1 were bestsellers
but there are just SO many books
ok Max, yeah he should be loaded
if only
I'd actually pop off
look, I said the same thing about classroom of the elite
so I look forward to the announcement next week
