It's one of those episodes though, that I think leaves a little too much to interpretation how each of the characters feels
part of that's down to the episode length
Rude, Eris, and Ruijerd
I think you can read their characters in a lot of different ways
I really liked the first part of this episode
I think the op thing I noticed was such a nice subtle touch
they also didn't spend near enough time showing the devestation
yeah
yeah, the refugee camp probably clues you in, and his village overlook by the tree

I cried when I didn't see a different tree get whipped out later in the episode
I have to give MT props though, there are so many shows where I am like "If they actually fuck I will up the score I give this", and MT is the first one that actually did it
several have come close, none have succeeded
back before S1
Max and I were predicting where the show would end
she had predicted after the morning after the tent scene
if it was another 11 episode season she'd have been spot on
I think there's a lot to show next-episode
and I hope they don't cuck us and just leave that all for next season

It is pretty consistant
I can't say its my favourite thing ever
but it is basically a consistent high quality
There are things I'd change about the anime
all the way through
but I love the underlying story
and the adaptation is clearly great

I think the anime figure thing is stupid, and looks stupid when animated
every scene of someone holding one
I think they should just cut
