Mushoku Tensei is REALLY good, it got a killer adaptation

you have a confused viewpoint for the entire climax of finding out "wtf happened"

and it's meandering through the eyes of a loli

it should of been what the emilia ova was

and they should of just skipped it in season 2

so you have to watch the ova

I think they dragged it out a bit too long

it would of been a lot better with its full own OVA

S2 is 12 episodes too long

imo

if they wanted to do it justice

it needs a lot of length

they're not doing it justice though

and it's ABSURDLY long

every episode is 30 minutes

Maybe I am just less mad because I do not know the source material

but I still like it

Re:Zero is at its worst when they're squandering the parts of the universe that make it cool it doesn't need to be wall-to-wall action, there's good drama too

But I wouldn't even call what they're doing "setup" at this point

it's just slowly deflating a balloon

if they did 12 episodes

we could of gotten arc 5

which would of been interesting but

i dont think you can do 4 AND 5

in 24 episodes

thats a lot to cram in
