It might have just been the TL work
but I didn't find it comical enough to stay enjoyable
could have gotten away with being more serious, or more lighthearted
I think they strike a poor balance

that show was alright
I have other shows I would rather I make you watch before this
the best part of that series Pika
is that it was originally just a 1vol thing
but the anime convinced them to keep writing

the show itself was just okay

I know I'm in the minority of people who really hate Shield Hero
but I'm not going to watch S2
if the entire show was like the first episodes it would have been a 9-10

the last 5-10 episodes of S1 of Naofomi and his raccoon wife
made me hate the series
I still can't believe they announced a season 2 and a season 3 so quickly for shield hero
there are so many shows that probably deserve that way more
