It just started airing today
Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak MT E1 Really good episode. I like that the brought back the S1 op style for this, because this takes place chronologically during S1. The animation change at the very end when she was running to do the sword of light attack was great

Yeah, I went back and skimmed to see if she was there or ret-conned. Season 2 part 2 episode 8, 12 minutes.
I remember the scene with the furry wanting to mate with him, and he turns around and she was just there, I just assumed that was a one off bit character
I think there are a few other shots they have her skulkung around in
I'm sorta happy they didn't do this as an OVA, since we ended up getting an hour episode of the Eris bits
The offscreen Eris and Roxy stuff are sorta too long to adapt fully, so this follows the original WN where they just leave it completely ambiguous what Eris is up to, until they re-introduce her here

Oh if we count continuing shows, I am at 8
since rezero, slime, and iruma are all carrying over into this season
I thought the stupid Arab show was going to be this season's Ranking of Kings
but thankfully, the Mermaid show is a better fit (and seems fun)
My favourite part of these sites going down is someone on twitter posts a new one then a bunch of retards pile on him yelling at him to take it down so companies don't find out about it

Kribbles, in case you didn't know, it is normal length episodes, but they preaired the first half of the season, and split each of the 6 episodes into 2 half episodes
I have no idea why they did this, and they are going to reair from episode one starting soon

Replying to Pyrrhic #swiss_army_cheese I find lots of people suggest Overture to A New War as a "better alternate start for LOGH" because "it has so much extra lore" when really it's just deathflag: the movie. Like, who cares if you didn't care when Lappe died in episode 1? (Which is a major criticism of DNT)

Lappe gets murked a different way. He also has a picture of Jessica instead of a hankerchief. Poplin and Konev lore-drop about Iserlohn. Those two gunners of Reinhard's loredrop about sleeping machines and modern wounded vs killed in action casualty rates. Also Jessica finds out about Lappe-sempai's death from a phone call

Clevatess welcome back a certain scientific accelerator
the opening scene of this season felt like they had skipped an entire season
I have mixed thoughts on the new Ghost in the Shell Anime
I think the movies are legit art, but they're not really an adaptation of the source material, which is what this 2026 anime is trying to be
So this will be a worse end product, but a more faithful adaptation
E1 is pretty good, but you'll understand immediately that it's going for a different sorta vibe
