It's called Legendary Gambler Tetsuyo, and it's not actually very good, so I don't know why I'm still watching it. I just really want a mahjong anime as good as Akagi.

They essentially aren't playing Mahjong though. They're just brutally cheating to the point of pulling Yakuman out in every opening hand. Like, that's just not interesting in the slightest.

He doesn't even play Mahjong well though. They mess up the cheat in an important hand, and have to play normally, which causes them to absolutely freak out, and then the MC wins from pure luck. He doesn't have any sort of strategy, just prays for luck and wins.
