I have one coworker who is adamant that Dungeon Meshi is so much better than Frieren. She finds the animation in Frieren bad because the "boring" parts are really poorly animated like them talking has a few frames a second.
after one-punch man's disaster of a season a lot of the YouTube ragebaiters are just going to pick apart every anime now for "lazy animation"

Yeah, she is autistic about the animation being consistent. So, she gets annoyed when the conversations have low quality animation (she enjoys convos) but then the fight scenes have really good animation (she doesn't care about fights).

I probably physically watched Gundam for a total of 10 episodes. I just listened to the dub while I did dishes because every fucking episode was "oh get back in the robot Amuro"

Hells Paradise was so pretty
It was, there was just a few parts where the animation felt a little lacking for the scenes I think. Honestly its not as bad as reddit would have you think

I haven't watched the show in a while for me to remember, but yes, I remember it goes fast and then they're stuck with some tree ent guy or something like that for 6 episodes

The second Vampire Hunter D movie has much better animation, but I dunno if it's that worth it to watch it though. It influenced so many video games, but eh w/e
