Replying to Phijkchu_Pikachu #klombak The last (and some of the only) non series shows I watched from them is executioner and the konosuba authors other show
executioner wasn't bad, not great, but i liked it
I gave it a 6
it was alright
Well, if you were to stop, that was a good place
season 2 is the worst season excluding the spinoff
thats season 2
on one hand, I like the later seasons a lot, but the entire S2 arc is just fucking stupid
the low-point of S1 is all the melodrama with the midget loli
and S2 feels like a retread of that + a contrived antagonist that gets solved multiple times the same way
I think if you get over the stupid part of the series that is early, and how season 4 is kind of just a black sheep because season 5 is goofy
the series is pretty good
Danmachi is definitely a story that was written as it went on
Yeah
weirdly, there aren't that many complete retcons
but random dumb stuff will happen, get normalized, and then forgotten
(basically all of S5 in a nutshell)
