Never heard of this anime so I looked it up. Reading the synopsis it felt like I already heard of it, but the manga only started in 2021. Would this anime be any good for someone who doesn't typically like supernatural anime?

It's not going be life changing, it's just generally good. It's only a seasons worth so not a very big commitment if you want to try it out
