yeah, this is MHAs biggest problem, it falls on one end of the shonen slop spectrum
the other end is they kill characters constantly
there is no "kill characters when it makes sense narratively" middle ground

I know polu vouches for the original series being good for that
but anything >100 episodes is just not worth watching

Dang that's a lot of anime. I used to watch a lot but haven't had the time in years to watch more than a show or two here and there. Don't really have an opinion about this season
