Monogatari doing a unique OP for each arc, sung by the character of that arc, is one of my favourite things the show did

You should check out this called In the Heart of Kunoichi Tsubaki, it features a different group of girls singing and ED for every episode when half the episode was about them. It all culminates into a grand ED where every group gets together to sing a grand song about the village.

Thats very cool, but different EDs is more common than different OPs. I will for sure check it out though!
