I didn't like Konosuba as much as the prior seasons, it's probably borderline 3* 4* for me
same with Madome
Interesting. I really liked this season. I think while the last 2 episodes were just okay, there were a few episodes that I'd place as top Konosuba episodes along with S1 and S2 top episodes
I'm trying to think of a name for it
I didn't find the majority of the S3 studios' humor interjections funny
the dry humor, like the deadpan pauses and sarcasm imo are peak
which is 100% of what S1 and like 80% of S2 and the movies were
now it's maybe 20-30% at most for S3

The S3 studio mostly interjects with the romance-gag humor? idk what to call it
Polu's take is both the original and this one have their merits, but this one is very good
I felt like I was going crazy, so I rewatched S1 and S2 midway through this season
and confirmed that 100%, I still like the old style
I have not seen the original, but I think Passione is doing a good job and I really like it
and Mint, Spice and Wold is a really good adaptation
The upside to this one mint, is the original adaptation will never get more, this one will get completed
it kept the same pace as the original, which was a big thing for me
So I watched the og anime, then read the novels
so my context is mostly the novels
and ^^^
also they are not going to skip things the original skipped
(Also Keven penkins is based and is doing a good job with the OST)

it literally feels like the studio had one team working on the first cour and a different team working on the second cour
This just feels like a different show
