liar liar had a decent start at least
yeah, liar liar episode 1-2 was like an 8/10 show
Pika, if it had bad math/physics
I'd force you to watch it
that's all it's missing from being peak anime
Since I picked up girlds band and salad bowl, I am probably full on anime unless something is stupid good
Train show is good so far, but not something I'd feel compelled to recommend yet
I am at 12 shows (2 not airing for like amonth lmao MHA and demon slayer)

like an actual ton
I am only watching 3 new shows
not including dungeon meshi since that is carrying over
I forget what my biggest season ever was
I know I've done 11 before, not sure if I've done 12/13 ever
That was another cursed season of sequels though
Salad Bowl and Jellyfish are my two favorite new shows so far
salad bowl was good, I am excited to see more
Weakest new show I am watching is blue archive
it has less cunny than I hoped
yeah... I'm hoping it gets better

I've played BA, I know it's not porn
but you've GOT to lean into the fanservice at least a little
Princess connect stands supreme as best video game gacha adaptation since it was a real anime
FFS, I think the animated promos for the random BA anime figures I see on Twitter, have higher production value and sex appeal
OH wait I am watching 4 new shows
I keep forgetting spice and wolf is new for me since I did not watch the original
I know the story (roughly) Diagla, they could do a LOT better at making the characters emotive and likable
I'm not writing it off yet
but I really was hoping they'd give it the same treatment Priconne got
I know the story, I've read the source manga
I've played all of the major gachas
I tend to.... hold most of their stories in fairly low regard
even stuff like Arknights, which everyone swears is "good"
but I like the characters
FEH anime when
and in an anime, I'd assume they'd try to make them more emotive and likable, even though the early story is straightforward and barebones
I like it more than the Girls' Frontline campaign story
which imo, is the worst gacha story
I like that Princess Connect disregarded the story in the game, just told a vaguely similar story that was honestly better
(and worst game)
but it has(had) some of the best character designs
oh you know what, I've not played NIKKE
that's the only major one I've not done
