X and 9 was what they were working on, then they announced 03 like a year ago
it could also be in a more easy-to-translate format technically speaking
also remember X has the largest script of any video game in history
whereas 03 will be way more reasonable
they probably have the translator side focusing on rance X while the editors and hackers are moreso on 03
I think when one of the two remaining games finish, the other will speed up
(I think they finish the translation for X, the translators go to work on 03 while the editors spend the year editing X)
so 03 comes out first still
all things considered we picked a decent time to start the bookclub
Eh, I think starting it like 6 months to a year later would have been better

03 translation was not even announced when we finished 01

I did not notice the animation being much worse than usual for slime (excluding the fights where they usual animate better)
I also did not rewatch slime before this season

I also kinda liked this episode to be honest
I like that it seems they are not going to dick around with dwarves for 5 epsiodes like the start of S2
