Replying to Spooky Phijkchu #spooky.131 I don't even think it becomes stronger or anything, I just think the initial premise and expectations everyone has when they read/watch the series is 1000% not what it's about, and not in a gay "this is so deep" sort of way (edited)
the story takes several weird turns but its easily my favourite manga ive ever read
it won me over, and I think if it had a different title I would have been recieved better
I also REALLY appreciate the ending, that it wasn't all building to some deeper gay meaning or anything
I also tend to like stories that take place over a very short amount of time
not sure why, just one of those neat aspects

the Korean IP holder said their intention is to do a full adaptation of the anime (Solo Leveling)
but that the JP studio may change at some point depending on availability
they also implied they'll be doing a webtoon adaptation as well
full adaptation would be 5-6 seasons
So with solo leveling I am at 4/6 shows that have ended so far for me getting a S2 announcement

so 4/9 is my sequel rate this season, which is still pretty high
