I know all award shows are dumb
but it's weird to me that shonen win all the awards
you'd expect the opposite
where all the artsy pretentious anime (like Violet Evergarden) win the awards
and MAPPA stans bitch and moan about being snubbed
To compare each category,
oshi no ko should have won anime of the year
either akiba maid war or birdie wing should have won best original
mob psycho 100 should have won best animation
Those are the 3 categories where there was an obviously better show nominated, the rest of the categories are mostly just fucked because the nominated shows are all not good choices
JJK fags are annoying, the more I hear black people and normies say the word peak, the more I assume it is not good at all
Demon slayer winning best animation is hilarious, this was the worst season animation wise for that show
