So Max, the anime got me to go back and try reading the source again. I got a lot further (I'll probably just end up finishing it tbh)
I genuinely think it's terrible
if you told me an AI colourized it

no tthat it's low-quality, it likely took a fuckton of effort
but all the design lacks soul
I've read more chinese shit than korean
because korean stuff (like solo levling when I first read it) puts me to sleep
since I was watching the anime, I wanted to see if the story actually goes anywhere
it's worse than it doesn't
it's "solved" in ~40 chapters
none of the actual underlying mystery stuff ever gets more interesting
