This show was my favourite E1 of its season it aired

and I really liked the first half

Boruto was rough for a while but this new series is starting out strong

I can't wait to run at the speed of the wind again

MT finale was apparently my 90th unique day of anime watched

I am very conflicted on this season of MT, i feel like they had a lot of different episode directors who didn't coordinate what to focus on within each storyline

coupled with the episodes being (lightly) censored, and what I think were some missed opportunities to increase the content density of each episode

Considering all 3 cours of the show we have had to this point

this is the weakest

Hopefully the next cour is more in line with S1 quality

people are just going to blame "school arc" and I don't think that is accurate

I liked this season a lot still, and I don't think it was the fact that it was school arc that was the problem that made it slightly worse than S1

but yeah people will blame that for sure

I just like MT, so it's not that I didn't like this season

I just don't think Bind did that great of a job making (an overall slower season) interesting

which is weird, because they've been able to do it before just fine

and there's a lot of content you could fill an episode with, if you plan things out

clearly their effort has been mostly put for onimai S2

The S1 show director was tied up this season doing something else, but most of the team is the same to my knowledge there were a lot more individual episode directors, rather than the same 2-3 for the entire show, they were all part of S1 though so idk
