Oh since polu only dm'd me about it, I picked up the school shooter anime since I enjoyed all the youtube clips I saw for it
I like it
oh, yeah I like it
though I was hoping for at least an attempt or two in the first couple episodes
rather than just going full forehead and turning into a bully romance

Megumine anime took 5 episodes to cover the manga version of the story I read
although only like 2 of the episodes were related to that
But here on out I am completely blind. I am glad my mistake of reading something assuming it'd never get an adaptation was not an issue
Not that it really mattered
they've done a good job with the anime, I forgot that the megumin manga ended where it did
the pacing for this season probably has to be as weird as it is, given the source. So I do kind of wonder if they're going to trump up some anime original stuff at the end
or just tease main Konosuba S3 stuff
Spooky for when you get to klombak show it is a native isekai, second example of an actual native isekai this season

Farming scene won't hit quite as hard as it would have knowing its coming, but I think its a great show

Yea even in the scene it comes off as a gag, EX Arm I remember watching an episode of. I'm pretty sure the anime of EX Arm was so bad the manga got canceled. Could be talking out of my ass on that one tho
I have seen clips of ex-arms, it was hilariously bad
this anime is hilariously bad animation wise sometimes, but on purpose to be as funny as possible
I am so glad we switched the kizuna ai anime for this polu
that would have been a huge error

I rewatched the first 4 episodes of the klombak show last night. I change my ranking. That is the best show I am watching this season
I don't know the word for it
The retard pacing and direction
idk why it works
Ep1 I criticized it, because I had no faith in it turning out good if it seemed thrown together like it clearly is
But it's just so unabashedly dumb
It's wholesome
It is not trying to be something other than what it is
and it is doing what it is really well
I don't even think it's doing it that well, it's the kemono friends angle
Where the studio and everyone involved is just having fun, and making all the places they cut corners funny/wholesome
It would be a super mediocre show if they used the budget like a normal studio would
Instead of just yoloing most of the joining scenes
"what if we dressed this character up like a peacock and then broke her arm"
"what if we did a tractor mocap dance number"
I clipped this because it make me chuckle while watching it
