Alright spooky as a follow up, the issue with my account was the bank used to offer a feature where you could transfer between members accounts, so I had that set up with my mom, now they no longer let you do that the same way so that fucked my account
you can still do that using a different service, still free of charge, but they got rid of their in house version of that
weird, you can't have been the only person using that
They just accidentally fucked my account, my mom and dad (and lots of other people) were using it
I feel like they were manually switching it off or some stupid boomer shit
and they hit the wrong thing when they did my account
Oh well, now I can pay my tuition and see when I get my TA money again at least
still can't buy things online!
