JC Staff S2, while bad, was not bad bad

it was just dissapointing bad compared to S1

one punch man always seemed to me like the kind of show that is only good in the first season because it was a crazy new concept, but it inevitably loses its wow factor

Danmachi had too many retarded effects on screen at once

There was a lot of panning scenes without animation this episode, and a lot of the fighting was slashing without showing it hit the target, then a cut appears on it, then it dies. A bit of the shame, because the first time the moss thing showed up the fight was suprisingly fluid so JC staff got me hopeful

guess they either blew, or are saving their budget for later

I honestly don't care if uncle gets worse animation because that's not the reason I watch it, but if something like made in abyss got a cut animation budget i'd be annoyed.
