it doesnt matter how long the time delay was, any time delay is enough to throw off someones killing time causing them to die

especially when everyone was using hammer

if you die from one proc fail then you deserved to die lol

however 1 proc fail on final shrine when you are low on armor and mana

and you cant get it back because the hammer keeps damaging the mobs you target

then move lol
