Hey maybe this is weird because how it's been two weeks and I don't participate much in either communities anymore but I just want to say I appreciate everyone coming out with this stuff about URealms and Rob. After the Digital Bards video there was a bad taste in my mouth and Lily ended putting it into words perfectly in her original statement. I'm not someone who's ever had more than a few minor actual interactions with Rob, but I've seen enough over the years to say I believe everyone's stories about him. As someone who could be considered a "big donor" at one point to his show, that video felt like a huge guilt trip after having spent a year with no money, being unable to donate. It wasn't until near the end of the video that I started to realize that there was some heavy emotional manipulation happening. I have spent two weeks feeling so stupid having spent all that money on donations over the years, while working minimum wage jobs no less. I feel like I have more to say but my perspective isn't super necessary as at the end of it I was just a fan who wasn't involved BTS or anything. But again, I just want to thank everyone who spoke out since I think it shook me out of a negative feedback loop regarding my perspective of Rob.

Hey Everyone If you haven't been keeping up with my work, I have (very dramatically) ended URealms Live with a big video called Digital Bards which expresses a lot of different themes and sentiments about streaming and making content online. If you consider yourself a fan and have followed my career at all, I highly recommend watching it and if you got the time the breakdown video that really dives into the feelings behind this movie. I'm done making content for now. I don't really know if my community will support me doing this, but it's frustrating to hear "you need a break" as month by month my numbers and support drop until I make a big plea every year to get paid ya know? I understand it's part of the gig, but after 15 years, it's getting really hard to keep going at the unhealthy speed I have gone. Too many people I would meet at conventions would try to grind the same way I have and it's honestly just heartbreaking because I can still feel like a failure who hasn't made anything of value when I know that isn't true.
