Rob has AC

He moved to an apartment specifically for that feature
it is super cold in my house that has AC
despite it feeling like hell outside
that sounds nice

Fire, every house in America has AC at this point
mind you, I am in the basement which also helps it get cold
And good AC units aren't cost prohibitive like they were 20 years ago anyway
