TwitLonger — When you talk too much for Twitter
TwitLonger is the easy way to post more than 140 characters to Twitter
www.twitlonger.comI need some overall context Leg
how young are all of these girls?
and Zero in in his 20s or 30s
I assume
With that one kid, who was abused by the chick
he was ~10
he looked ~10
I'm not against people owning up to what they did/didn't do, and a lot of it is supper scummy
but at the same time, some of the drama (both from the fighting game scene and the Twitch #metoo stuff in general)
is really murky
I just worry we're going to head down a path, where people <18 are going to be frozen out of stuff
due to people being terrified of them being a minor
some of it is terrible, I just hope we don't all become Gent and spur on a puritan wave
No company wants to deal with this shit
al of that though, is such a massive headache Leg, they'd rather just revert to thair old position
of "fuck tournments"
I feel bad for kids, because I remember how much it sucks to be locked out of stuff solely due to age
in hindsight, there are plenty of things which whould be restricted to minors, wherever we set the age of majority
even if it fucks over a minority of them
it's all arbitrary though Rusp, we need to pick and age and stick to it
I hate that I had to forge documents to get a PayPal as a kid
I hate that it's incredibly hard to do things at 17
I went off to college at 17
so I got hit with a lot of age-gating
simple things, like having a dormroom
some % of people do though
lol
I just would prefer, if things that didn't need to be age-gated
weren't
like hotel rooms
it's fucked that I still can't rent a hotel room in some states
depending on the state, it's sometimes 24 as the cuttof
unless you get a parental note
