Also a rumored list came out in early May of all the Pokémon in the dlc and every Pokémon that has been confirmed was on that list

Remember, the DLC is not dropping at midnight local time. It is set for "Night" on June 17th JST which also happens to be the time of the Pokémon Presents presentation and the Pokémon HOME maintenance
