yeah, I think AC is more fun playing it daily, and progressing over time
but, I'm having enough fun playing it this way as well
I think New Horizons could do a better job opening up a tad bit quicker, as the first 5 days or so of in-game time is a bit too slow
then it ramps up
yeah well, while i do feel its a bit slow right now, i've been having a nice time just relaxing, catching fish and such
