It feels like every game is one step foward, two back
(Or more than two back)
Which is stupid
They had a good formula
Which peaked at BW2
I can understand experimentation, but that is not what this is imo
They change something to be worse, then instead of going back they double down on the bad choices and change more things.
I think as a company gamefreak has the wrong priorites right now
Anime is not handeled by the people making the games
Also the anime keeps getting worse too

I want S&S to flop hard,
I want them to take a few years off, and come back with something which doesn't resemble this current game structure at all

the question is if Let's Go did poorly, and didn't slurp up all the Pokemon Go casuals
and S&S alienated a lot of hardcore fans, or just looks uninteresting to a lot of them
I'm curious what sales will look like after Christmas
I'm not saying that S&S is bad yet, but it sure as hell is alienating

just look to Monster Hunter for how to do it right
where new fights are constantly added to the game, and weekly events/modifiers are used to re-invent old fights
I think if gamefreak did a live service game you are not getting monster hunter
I think Gamefreak and The Pokemon Company, want to churn out the lowest effort game imaginable
and I hope this backfires on them
