roy is a lot better in ult yeah
not sure if he's at the top eschelon

Why are there so many PSI boosting spirits but barely any for Just magic for characters like Zelda or Paulatena
Same reason there are so many goddamn sword boosting spirits
I've found a handful of unique spirits that are a ton of fun
But most of the default buffs on primary spirits are pretty meh
