which is just slower train
leg, I essentially have 0 debt without having worked ever
4k a term extra and I would not
rent is like 900-1200 a month
in the area around my university

I just wonder where you cuttoff would be Pika
since, obviously I can't commute to Waterloo from where I live
I assume there's some distance away, that you wouldn't be able to live at home
I think I would not want to have more then 3 hours of travel a day
round trip 3 hours
so 1.5 hours away would be my upper limit

in theory if I had nothing else to do I would be fine with 4-5 hour commutes
