University of waterloo is online
except for a select few small classes and labs with heavy limitations
a lot of labs are doing digital labs though
so they are online
primary schools are set to be allowed in person, but 15 per class maximum
same with highschools and middleschools
it is about to become mandatory to wear masks on public transport and in stores by law
at least in ontario
