I think I know what I'm going to get at this point
it's just silly, because I'd ideally just want to buy a better laptop
but everything that doesn't look like it would be shit to use, is cheaper, mid-spec
who plugs a keyboard into a laptop
honestly, I could probably just build another desktop to use in bed
if there was a good wireless keyboard with a trackpad
so you joke
but I considered building something like that
put rails on teh side of the bed frame
well that's the thing, the rails would go to the end of the bed
and would just be a end table otherwise
but then I have to sit up in bed to use it, which is why I didn't build it
I mean, sure
it's mostly just the keyboard+ trackpad you need
you can put a monitor anywhere
but at that point, might as well just buy a laptop

probably adds $300 to the build ngl
because you need a tank/pump
well, you save on the fans/radiators
so maybe more like $200
