DSP owned two properties and refuses to rent out the one
he just pays for both
until recently of course

Technology and cars are the absolute worst stores of value anyone owns
and it's strange when a court treats liquidating a car/tv as a necessary measure
when the value of the asset as a utility exceeds it's monetary worth (in the market)
and yet things like a refrigerator
which maintain a reasonable value
aren't liquidated
